All questionsWe aim to be with you within 2–4 hours during business hours. For genuine emergencies outside normal hours we give you an emergency contact number. We carry the materials to make the roof watertight on the first visit, then come back to repair it properly.
Yes. The survey, the photographs and the written quote are free and there is no obligation to go ahead. If the honest answer is that you only need a small repair, that is what we will tell you.
A terraced house usually takes 5–7 days, a semi-detached 7–10 days, and a larger detached house 10–14 days. Weather, roof complexity and any structural repairs can change that, and we give you a realistic timescale in the quote.
Yes — you get a written workmanship guarantee when the job is finished, and the manufacturer warranties on the materials are passed on to you.
Matching existing slate, tile and leadwork is a normal part of the job, and it matters most on visible roofs and older properties.
Guarantee periods and the exact out-of-hours promise are marked to confirm — the current site states several different figures for the same thing.
